Admission Procedure

Children seeking admission to Arun (Pre KG) / Udaya (LKG) / Prabhath (UKG) and 1st Standard should produce birth certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality / Panchayat. 

Students coming from outside Kerala must have their TC duly counter signed by the concerned state / District Educational Officer / Regional Officer, CBSE.

Admission to 5th Standard and above classes are given on the basis of an interview and written tests to evaluate the skills in English language, Mathematics and General Knowledge. 

 Age Guidelines:

Key CBSE Age Criteria (as of March 31 of the academic year, aligning with NEP 2020 guidelines):

Nursery : 3+ years

LKG : 4+ years

UKG : 5+ years

Class 1 : 6+ years

Class 2 : 7+ years

Class 9 : 14+ years (approximate)

Class 10 : 15+ years (approximate)

As and when there is a seat availability, the students who have registered will be informed to collect the application form.

Documents to be submitted 

Application form:

• Collect the application form from school

With the application form, please submit the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate – A copy must be submitted. (Bring the original for verification.)

2. Aadhar Card – Copies of the child’s and both parents’ cards. (Required for all classes, including Pre-KG. Bring the original for verification.)

3. Passport & Visa – A copy of the student’s passport with a valid visa. (Applicable only if the child is a foreign national. Bring the original for verification.)

4. Photograph – One recent passport-size photo of the child (6 × 4 cm).

5. Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate – Original, duly attested/signed by the Head of the Institution. (Required for students seeking admission from Grade 2 onwards.)

6. Mark Sheet – Photocopy of the last examination passed at the previous school. (Required for students joining Grade 1 and above. Bring the original for verification.)

7. Recommendation / Conduct Certificate – Original, duly attested/signed by the Head of the Institution of the last attended school. (Not required for classes Arun (Pre-KG), Udaya (LKG), Prabhath (UKG), and Grade 1.)

8. Transfer Certificate for Late Admissions – For admissions after 15th June, Original, duly attested/signed studying/discontinued T.C. by the Head of the Institution must be submitted, which is valid only for 30 days from the last date of attendance.
